Compensation Plan
For each new Membership you sell as an MCA Sales Associate, or when you enroll someone onto your sales team, you will earn a $80.00 to $90.00 commission per referral.  This amount is going to be determined by how many people you enroll during each sales week. The more people you enroll, the more you will earn. As an example, if you were to enroll 3 people, you would earn $240.00 in commission ($80.00 X 3 = $240.00). Or if you enrolled 10 people, you would earn $840.00 ($84.00 X 10 = $840.00). Please review the Compensation Chart below. Our sales week runs from Sunday morning until Saturday night. Your commissions earnings are added up and you are paid the following week.

Motor Club of America Associates are paid $6.00 on each sale their 1st generation team members receive. Your 1st generation, are the people that personally enroll under you. These $6.00 commission can add up to hundreds or even thousands of dollars per month. As an example, if you enroll 10 people, and in 1 week those 10 people enrolled 3 people, you would earn ($6.00 X 3  = $18.00 X 10 = $180.00) in extra commission besides the $80.00 to $90.00 mentioned above.

Every time your 1st generation pay’s their monthly benefits, you will earn an override of $0.66. So as you see, you can earn money in various ways with Motor Club of America. A complete break down of the compensation plan, and the possibilities is located on the chart below.

Motor Club of America will issue you a direct deposit each and every Friday for your previous week’s sales. Just like your typical job, we will pay you the following Friday for the work completed or sales generated the previous week. Once you generate your first sale, you will be paid by direct deposit. Simply call up our headquarters and complete the setup process. You will need to provide your bank name, routing number, and account number. An Associate Services Representative will verify that the information is correct to ensure your payment is posted correctly.

Taking The Next Step
Motor Club of America requires all new Sales Representatives to stay covered with our MCA Total Security benefits package for only $19.95 per month. MCA does not charge an admin fee or setup fee to start working as a Sales Representative, but your benefits payment is required. To get started, you must pay your first and last month’s dues for a total of $39.90. You will then be billed your normal rate of $19.95 per month from your date of enrollment.  Keep in mind, that most corporate jobs will automatically deduct a weekly fee out of your paycheck for benefits. With Motor Club of America, we simply charge you a flat rate monthly fee which is affordable. It’s very important to know that if you simply enroll 1 new member per month, your membership benefits are covered by MCA.  Even if you only enrolled 1 person per month, Motor Club of America would still issue you a direct deposit for $80.00. You can pay your monthly membership fee of $19.95 out of of the commission advance that you will receive from us, and still profit $60.00. No one wants to enroll only 1 person per month, but we want you to know how easy you can stay protected with $150,000.00 in benefits by just referring 1 new member monthly.

Marketing & Training
Each new Sales Representative will receive a back office. This is where you can update your personal information, track your sales, and your team sales. You will also find some marketing tools in the back office. You will be contacted by your appointed team leader within 24 hours to assist you with getting started.  Your back office web site is also going to be your enrollment web site to sign up others. Prospects will click on your enrollment page, and make the payment of $39.90. You will then be awarded a commission of $80.00. You will be trained on the various steps to be successful and ensure that your team is successful.

The Transaction
Once your financial card is verified, you will receive a welcome email from Motor Club of America explaining your benefits. Read over the documents carefully to educate yourself about our many services. Expect your Discount Card and Membership Card to arrive in the mail within 10 business days. Motor Club of America was purchased by and is now recognized as the newest division of TVC Marketing Associates, which opened it’s doors in 1987. MCA however, has been in existence since 1926.  TVC stands for The Vital Connection and is owned by Virgil Coffee.  He was the mastermind behind the original marketing and compensation plan of the original Pre-paid Legal Company.

First elected to the Oklahoma State Senate in 1998, Coffee served in a variety of leadership posts including, Republican Caucus chairman (2000-2002), Assistant Minority Floor Leader (2002-2004), and Minority Floor Leader (2004-2006). Coffee served as Senate co-president pro tempore (2007-08) after Republicans won a historic tie in the Oklahoma State Senate in the 2006 elections.  He was named a “legislator of the year” in 2010 by the American Legislative Exchange Council.

Coffee earned an undergraduate degree in political science from Northeastern State University and received a law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
